（中央社記者顏伶如波特蘭1日專電）美國「生殖力與不孕」期刊報導，最新醫學研究發現，透過抽血檢查測量女性體內抗穆氏管荷爾蒙指數變化，就能在30多歲時準確估算停經年齡。

美國國家衛生研究院（NIH）統計顯示，一般婦女更年期平均年齡為51歲，但有的婦女40歲就已停經，有些婦女則過了55歲才停經。

如何準確推算婦女更年期何時到來，到目前為止醫學界都還沒有標準答案。

「生殖力與不孕」期刊（Fertility and Sterility）上週刊登賓州大學 （University of Pennsylvania）研究人員發表的最新醫學研究報告指出，透過抽血檢查，測量卵巢分泌的抗穆氏管荷爾蒙指數（anti-mullerian hormone，AMH）變化，就能提早在婦女才30多歲的時候，準確估算幾歲將會停經。

研究人員以293名年齡在30歲至40多歲間的婦女做為研究對象，連續5年記錄她們的抗穆氏管荷爾蒙指數變化，並且繼續追蹤長達14年，觀察她們的更年期在幾歲發生。

研究結果發現，抗穆氏管荷爾蒙指數變化幅度最多的婦女，更年期會比指數變化較少的婦女提早大約2年到來。

主持這項研究的研究人員弗利曼（Ellen Freeman）指出，這種測量方式對於35歲以下的女性較不準確，因為女性體內的抗穆氏管荷爾蒙指數通常要到35歲以後，才會開始慢慢降低。1010902

The rate of AMH change was a strong independent predictor of TTM in multivariable analysis after adjusting for AMHbaseline, age, and smoking (hazard ratio for 1 SD change = 1.82, 95% confidence interval 1.56–2.14). Among women with similar AMH levels, TTM differed by approximately 2 years when compared between a slow and fast rate of AMH change. A significant interaction of AMH rate of change and age indicated that a faster decrease in AMH level was associated with an increased risk of menopause in women aged 35–39 years (hazard ratio 6.97, 95% confidence interval 3.81–12.72), with less dramatic but significant associations in women aged 40–44 and 45–48 years.

Conclusion(s)

The AMH rate of change was independently associated with TTM in late reproductive-age women and increased the precision of estimates of TTM when included with an AMH baseline level and age. The rate of AMH change may be a more direct surrogate than age and increases the precision of estimates of TTM during this clinically important time period
